Outdoor Halloween Fun with the Legend of the Headless Horseman In-Person
The Headless Horseman visits the Clifton Library! Enjoy a spooky story read to you by a local police officer and meet the legendary Headless Horseman. Children will have an opportunity to take pictures with the Headless Horseman.
This program will take place outdoors; bring your own chairs or blankets to sit on.
This program is a collaboration between the Clifton Library, the Community Policing Division of the Clifton Police Department, and the Passaic County Sheriff's Office.
Kids may come in costumes.
